Q: I enabled notifications for the app but don't see any notifications?
A: Check that you do not have enabled do not disturb or other apps that can silence notifications. Also keep in mind notifications are happening through out the day, and you can see the most recent product in stock on the homepage and see the time it occured, if the time it happened was before you installed the app possible no notifications ocurred just yet.
Q: How do I know when a restock is happening?
A: The app will notify you via Push Notification the moment a new item or existing item is in stock. It will also update the homepage with details of the most recent restock. So if you miss the notification don't sweat it, the app has got you with a produt detail page with info and link to the seller.
Q: How come some products are more expensive than others?
A: Pokemon Cards are a hot product, and as a result some sellers online (Amazon, Walmart especially) charge mark up prices. The items are shared for information in case someone wants to buy, but there are other MSRP in stock items and alerts (you just have to be quick to get it before they're out of stock). So be careful, and don't buy anything over listed market price unless you're willing to over pay.
Q: How do I know when a restock happened for an item I'm interested in?
A: For every product notificastion analytics are run and publishd to the app. The homepage will show the last time a product was restocked. Click on the product to load the in app product details page and you'll see a time graph detailing the last restocks in the past 30 days leading up to the most recent restock.
Q: How do I use the app to buy a product I want?
A: When an item first comes in stock it will push a notification to you, and if you click the notification it will take you directly to the checkout page in browser. Form there signin as usual and checkout. If you click an item from the product details page it will open the seller page in app. Where you have the choice to sign in and checkout, or you can click the option tab on top of the page to open in browser (in case your login info is cached in browser for easier checkout).
