Pokémon Center Alerts Notice

This page explains how Pokémon Center alerts work in the PokeRestock app, and what you can expect as a Premium user versus a Free (Legacy) user. Premium is completely optional, but it is also the most reliable way to receive Pokémon Center notifications.

Premium Pokémon Center Alerts

Premium users receive instant notifications for all Pokémon Center alerts. These alerts come from our new, dedicated sourcing pipeline designed for speed, reliability, and priority delivery.

If you want the fastest and most consistent Pokémon Center experience, Premium is the recommended option.

Free (Legacy) Pokémon Center Alerts

Free users continue to receive alerts exactly as they always have. Nothing has been removed or downgraded from the past experience. The Legacy system still sends notifications for a subset of products that do not come from the new Premium sourcing pipeline.

Because the Legacy system is separate and slower, there may be times when:

• Notifications appear in the app but arrive too late for free users
• Premium-only sourced alerts do not generate free notifications
• Free users may miss certain Pokémon Center restocks

No Guaranteed Parity Between Free and Premium

The Premium and Legacy systems use different technologies. Because of this, we do not guarantee parity between the two experiences for Pokémon Center alerts.

Premium users receive the full coverage of the new sourcing pipeline. Free users continue to receive the same Legacy alerts; unchanged, but not expanded.

Summary

Premium is optional, but it is the best way to get Pokémon Center notifications. Free users keep everything they had before, while Premium users gain additional speed, reliability, and priority alerts.
